Tuition
Payment in full is due 10 days
prior to your child's start date. Tuition is non-refundable. If you
have a scholarship, present a copy of the letter and sign a waiver for the
preschool to contact the agency. As a cozy private school, we are unable
to recant contracts with our teaching professionals, therefore, prorating of
tuition for vacation, sick days, late starts or middle of month withdrawals is
not possible. All tuition is required to be paid in advance. If
tuition is not paid by the due date, a $40 weekly fee will be assessed until the
balance is paid.
Payment Procedures
Tuition is due according to
your contract on the 28th or the 14th of each month in advance. Payments
can be made via the internet with a $10 fee or by check in the classroom in
boxes. No cash payment unless ED requests.

Fee
$20.00 non-refundable fee is
due upon receipt of your application. This fee is to process your
application, materials and interview time slot.
Comprehensive Fee
Comprehensive Fee of $180.00 is
a non-refundable fee for instructional materials, workbooks, and literacy
enhancement books. A letter of acceptance is given upon the payment of
this fee.
Deposit
Deposit fee is $300.00 and
refundable in the last month of the fulfillment of the annual contract.
Uniforms
and School Related Activities
The school uniform is any
solid color shorts and a T-shirt with the school logo. The price is $7.00
per shirt. Uniforms are worn to allow your child the chance to get dirty
and play hard in them. The purpose is to keep your nice clothing
clean! All types of footwear are welcomed. Free dress Fridays
welcomes your child the opportunity to reflect his or her personality in their
attire or aloha wear! Field trips cost an average of $10 - $20 a
month and pay for the chaperone's admissions, bus fare and entrance fees.
All staff attend excursions. Therefore, children who are late or do not
want to attend must find alternate care. Parents, grandparents and ohana
are welcome to join us. Please present a TB test clearance for all
adults who attend fieldtrips.
Lunch
Program and Snack Policy
Catering Experience CAN
provide lunches for all full day programs. A $50 discount off of tuition
is applicable for families who have special dietary needs. If your child
is in a program that does not provide lunch, you can purchase it for $3.85 per
day. Please provide two healthysnacks with two or more food group
components per snack. If your child leaves by 2:00pm, a 2nd snack is not
required.
Late
Pickup Fee
If you arrive after your
contracted pickup time, a $1.00 per minute late fee will be applicable.
The afternoon enrichment has a classroom capacity of 12 children to one teacher
by law. Please notify any persons delegated the responsibility to pick up
your child the obligations of your contract.
You are welcome to reserve extended care three days prior to your date for a fee
of $10 for the additional hour, per day.
Bad
Check Fee
A $25.00 fee for all returned
checks is charged. A cash payment may be required for future
transactions, unless otherwise stated in writing by the administrator.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.
